After debuting at No. 1 last week, Misfits’s album Collection II falls to No. 2 with 462,000, a sales slide of 73%. This is the first studio album from Misfits since bad diagnosis in 1995. After seeing Cough / Cool, I had to have a good Misfits cd. IF you love Misfits, ‘Collection II’ Mp3’s is the best!
What sets Children In Heat apart is Misfits’s innovative and organic way of creating atmospheres. Horror Hotel is so unique, as each one of the songs is. Still going through Collection II and coming to appreciate Halloween more and more with every listen. Once Halloween II gets in your head, it will NEVER leave. Misfits offers the kind of music here that makes you reflect on yourself. Braineaters to me is the best you can get from Misfits. Overall a nice softer song. Excellent vocals and musical performances. Mephisto Waltz - isn’t quite as powerful vocally, but has a beautiful melody. It’s a great pleasure to listen to Rat Fink from the beginning to the end. This song is dynamic and dramatic.
