Lead single “#4 For Gaia” and “Sky Water” start with near-whispers before kicking into giddily catchy, fuzz box-driven hollered hooks. Mickey Hart was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Mickey Hart and At The Edge together. This disc has all of the essential Mickey Hart classics. I Love At The Edge from start to finish!
Sky Water actually sounds so joyous, that you can practically see a smile on Mickey Hart’s face. Slow Sailing is a medium tempo tune. Lonesome Hero - For me, this is the best of the album. After about the third Fast Sailing listen through, I began to believe this song is Mickey Hart’s essence. Cougar Run on At The Edge is solid and easy to listen to. I listened to the opening track The Eliminators and liked it a lot. Overall a nice softer song. If you are a Mickey Hart fan, you will love Pigs In Space.
