It’s natural for Mexican Music to take a stab at ‘Invocacion’ considering her long-professed love for U2. I am not a real Ethnic music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Prehispanic Mystic Rites’ really is amazing. After seeing Invocacion, I had to have a good Mexican Music cd. Best song on the album, love it. Ahora Nadie Lamenta Lo Que Somos is probably one of Mexican Music’s biggest successes for the album - it’s lovely to listen to. This track is possibly the biggest guilty pleasure on Prehispanic Mystic Rites. Nadie Supo de Donde Venia is, without a doubt, my favorite song, ever. El Arrullo de la Mujer Luna - isn’t quite as powerful vocally, but has a beautiful melody. The Flayed God is possibly the best song Mexican Music has come up. Ver Cosas Nunca Oidas is flawed, nonetheless pretty good song.
