Piedras Negras (Go Home) is the albums lead single as well as biggest hit. Whatever Happened to You is the exquisite blend of moody yet optimistic tunes. If you are a Merle Haggard fan, you will love Loneliness Is Eating me Alive. This is the most melodic ambitious and satisfying track in Untamed Hawk CD3. Drink Up and Be Somebody - A catchy, upbeat tune. Gone Crazy is the first taste of the new album. The song feels complete. Some of Us Never Learn is one of the coolest songs Merle Haggard has ever recorded. Branded Man - a classic song. Once you hear You Don’t Have Very Far to Go, you will listen to it over and over. Wine Take Me Away is one of those songs that will put you in a good mood. I believe If You See My Baby is one of the most perfect, heartfelt songs ever written. I came to like Somewhere Between. After you’ve listened to Don’t Get Married, most everything else can’t hold up and is second rate. My Hands Are Tied is the more seemingly obscure song on Untamed Hawk CD3 that bear up best to repeated listening. You can find feelings on this piece of art. Look Over Me as a highlight of Untamed Hawk CD3 contains a ton of gorgeous melodies. Long Black Limousine - another great track from the Untamed Hawk CD3 album. It’s also one of those rare songs that touchingly comfort the listener. Merle Haggard is one of artists that allow his songs like Sing Me Back Home to stand on their own and be heard. The Son of Hickory Holler’s Tramp is perfect. Lyrics of Seeing Eye Dog are precise and evocative. One listen to the sheer beauty of Will You Visit Me on Sundays was all I needed. One of the more genuine-sounding songs is Home Is Where a Kid Grows Up.
