For older fans See You On The Other Side will put a massive smile accross your face. ‘See You On The Other Side’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. When you buy a Mercury Rev album, you know exactly what you’re getting! This is my first Mercury Rev Album and i must say i am blown away.
Young Mans Stride - My least favorite song on this album. Sudden Ray Of Hope is perfect. Everlasting Arm is the album’s biggest hit, I think. Racing The Tide has to be one of the most beautiful tracks on the entire album. Close Encounters Of The 3rd G is a song you cannot help but think about at odd moments in your day. A Kiss From An Old Flame - Check out that bassline! Peaceful Night as a highlight of See You On The Other Side contains a ton of gorgeous melodies.
