For older fans Endless Corridor will put a massive smile accross your face. I am not a real New Age music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Endless Corridor’ really is amazing. Since Klaus Schonning last CD (Endless Corridor) on Blue Note Records back in 1995, I have felt a massive void in my life. Exciting stuff.
Music and lyrics of Flacon’s Flight creates, for me, fertile ground for daydreaming. Intermezzo I had me crying as I was able to relate so well. Noon Rest is the albums lead single as well as biggest hit. Behind the Veil (7:39) - awsome. Lyrics of Intermezzo II are precise and evocative. One of the songs that always stick in my mind is Occidental Mosaics because the melody in the chorus is so good. I can’t stop playing The Monument. Music in Intermezzo III is excellent as in all tracks of Endless Corridor. Klaus Schonning has created something that grabs you by the heart and gets you moving. This song is dynamic and dramatic.
