After seeing Tone 1, I had to have a good Kit Watkins cd. sixteen years ago, Kit Watkins briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “Tone 2″. This disc has all of the essential Kit Watkins classics. I love this album so much, i’ve been crazy about Kit Watkins ever.
Tone 2 is a great opener for Thought Tones Vol. 1. Tone 3 - is a breath or fresh air compared to many previous songs of Kit Watkins. Other tracks are good but your best bet is to stick with Tone 4. Within the first few notes of Tone 5 it’s perfectly clear that Kit Watkins is living this song.
