Kate Bush had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. The Red Shoes isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. When you buy a Kate Bush album, you know exactly what you’re getting! Such great and happy songs.
This is the most melodic ambitious and satisfying track in The Red Shoes. Kate Bush allows each song to breathe and flourish. Moments of Pleasure gives taste of what makes Kate Bush special as a musician. The Song of Solomon is cool song though, very addictive. |titile| is the kind of record that makes you remember why music can be so addictive. The Red Shoes is perfect. Awesome song is really all that you can say about it. It is succeeded by an outstanding track, however: Constellation of the Heart, which shows, blatantly, how much Kate Bush has evolved as a singer. I was truly moved when I heard Big Stripey Lie. This track is a great song that still never gets old. In You’re the One the music gets its power.
