The Manson Family: An Opera is an amazing album, racked with beauty.I am not a real Avantgarde music type of person, but i have to admit ‘The Manson Family: An Opera’ really is amazing. There is so much to love about John Moran, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. This album is in perfect progression from John Moran!
Tate House (Early Morning) to me is the best you can get from John Moran. The song The Prosecutor At Death Train Station Five ending is my favorite… so catchy! In Subject The Beatles John Moran is at his best. Rape Music (Intro) - I just love it. Subject Lynette Fromme - is a breath or fresh air compared to many previous songs of John Moran. This track is a great song that still never gets old. Susan Atkins On Night Highway #2 is flawed, nonetheless pretty good song. Subject Charles Manson - This one is what it is: a powerful, primal invitation to love. Good Morning! … It’s The Beatles is the gorgeous blend of moody yet optimistic tunes. Raid On Spahn - I like this one. After about the third Susan Atkins, On The Stairway Of Justice listen through, I began to believe this song is John Moran’s essence. Put Night Highway #3 into car stereo for your highway driving This song may be the most meaningful. John Moran sings The Family In A Courtroom in such a comforting, confident voice that you can’t help but be moved. I love the melodic melody of The Judge and to this day it makes me feel good. Only one song from The Manson Family: An Opera named Subject Charles (No Name) Manson really got me.
