It’s natural for Jefferson Starship to take a stab at ‘Shadowlands’ considering her long-professed love for Depeche Mode. Deep Space - Virgin Sky isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Jefferson Starship on ‘Shadowlands’. Jefferson Starship “Deep Space - Virgin Sky” is an amazing album.
Ganja Of Love very upbeat. Dark Ages presents the marvelous mix of instruments on Deep Space - Virgin Sky. I’m On Fire one of the best in my collection. Papa John is the perfect blend of moody yet optimistic tunes. I’ve found myself listening to Women Who Fly back to back and back many times. Gold defines beauty, yet is as unforgiving as an astringent stone. The Light has a beautifully haunting disco flavor. Crown Of Creation is another strong production from Jefferson Starship. This song may be the most meaningful. Miracles is a astounding, simple song by Jefferson Starship at the top of his game. Intro To Lawman is astounding. This track is just fantastic from start to finish. Wooden Ships was the first single release from the album Deep Space - Virgin Sky. Jefferson Starship allows each song to breathe and flourish. White Rabbit - My least favorite song on this album.
