IF YOU LIKE ALL Jean Michel Jarre’S SONG GO FOR IT! Self-described as Electronic with lots of words, Jean Michel Jarre comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. I am not a real Electronic music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Hong Kong’ really is amazing. Overall, I would highly recommend Hong Kong CD.
Other tracks are good but your best bet is to stick with Chronologie 2. Still going through Hong Kong and coming to appreciate Chronologie 3 more and more with every listen. |titile| is a sure sign of something most of us are experiencing, maturity. The song Equinoxe 4 ending is my favorite… so catchy! I like the agression and power of Souvenir of China. Qu’est-ce-que l’Amour is exquisite and different song. I believe Chronologie 6 is one of the most marvelous, heartfelt songs ever written. Chronologie 8 is the funkiest number on the album. This is the kind of song I think of when I think of Jean Michel Jarre. It’s such an underrated song. Simply the finest work ever from this multi-talented singer. I have all of Jean Michel Jarre’s tracks and Sale of the Century is probably the most his introspective effort. In Digi Sequencer Jean Michel Jarre spins a tale you want to hear to the end. This track is almost perfect, instrumentals and vocals combine awesomely. Band in the Rain (unplugged) gets you up and jumping. This track makes my mind whirl and vibrate with flowing energy. I like the idea behind Chronologie 4. The Last Rumba is a song that takes you on the journey before it reaches the conclusion.
