Now signed to Jalal Zolfonun’s SixSteps records, the title track from second album “Kord Bayat” leads Jalal Zolfonun’s back-to-school campaign. This is one of the best Cd’s Jalal Zolfonun has dropped to date. Jalal Zolfonun’s debut, ‘Kord Bayat’, does not fit easily into one genre. One of Jalal Zolfonun’s best albums yet.
Saba (Main Section) catches attention immediately, Dobayti (Excerpt) still maintains something of a specific flourish. This song has very few things relative to that of it’s predecessor. Dobayti (Prelude) one is one of the better boring ones. Jalal Zolfonun allows each song to breathe and flourish. Jalal Zolfonun rocks harder than ever with Shur. Layli (First Section) (3:46) - awsome. Layli (Second Section) is, without a doubt, my favorite song, ever. After few listenings I started to like Shahrashub more and more. Hud Hud - A nice song. I can’t stop playing Oshshaq.
