There is so much to love about Inti-Illimani, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. This is the first studio album from Inti-Illimani since bad diagnosis in 1994. I am not a real Latin music type of person, but i have to admit ‘En Vivo Con Patricio Manns CD2′ really is amazing. If I may, I suggest “Danza Di Cala Luna”. That one song is amazing!
One listen to the sheer beauty of Arriba En La Cordillera Ft Patricio Manns was all I needed. Inti-Illimani is hitting on all cylinders in Coplas De Contraataque Ft Patricio Manns. En Lota La Noche Es Brava Ft Patricio Manns is a bit different from Inti-Illimani stereotypical stuff. Palimpsesto Ft Patricio Manns still maintains something of a specific flourish. La Fiesta De La Tirana to me is the best you can get from Inti-Illimani. Quien Eres Tu - I used to hate this song, but now it’s one of my favorites. Other tracks are good but your best bet is to stick with Medianoche Ft Patricio Manns. I love the melodic melody of Fina Estampa and to this day it makes me feel good. En Libertad is a very catchy tune. America Novia Mia Ft Patricio Manns is a song you cannot help but think about at odd moments in your day. Samba Lando makes a person feel excellent.
