This compilation contains all of the biggest hits by Inkakenas. After seeing El Condor Pasa, I had to have a good Inkakenas cd. Lead single “El Condor Pasa” and “Leno Verde” start with near-whispers before kicking into giddily catchy, fuzz box-driven hollered hooks. To me Inkakenas is the best band ever.
Leno Verde is so unique, as each one of the songs is. Kayranis catches attention immediately, When I listen to Carnaval Mestizo in my car when traffic ain’t going so good. Tiahuanaco is a gorgeous sing-along. Flecheros Del Inca is one of those songs that will put you in a good mood. Pinquillos is one of these floating songs. Casarisiri is maybe the best thing the group’s ever done. Tarkeada - A catchy, upbeat tune. Virgenes Del Sol makes a person feel marvelous.
