ten years ago, Incognito briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “Good Love”. Self-described as Rock: Pop-Rock with lots of words, Incognito comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. For older fans 100 Degrees and Rising will put a massive smile accross your face. Lots of variety between tracks. My favorite is Good Love
Good Love - isn’t quite as powerful vocally, but has a beautiful melody. One Hundred and Rising was the first single release from the album 100 Degrees and Rising. Roots (Back To A Way Of Life) is a romantic if not formulaic ditty. Incognito offers the kind of music here that makes you reflect on yourself. Too Far Gone is a great song for a cosy night in when it’s cold and wintry outside. After The Fall (Instrumental) is a song to enjoy for years to come. The sound of Spellbound and Speechless is difficult to describe, as it seems to squirm in a sensual manner, unlike anything ever created. This is probably my favorite song on the album. Barumba has to be one of the most beautiful tracks on the entire album. After you’ve listened to Millennium (Instrumental), most everything else can’t hold up and is second rate. Time Has Come is possibly the most mysterious and inexplicable track Incognito ever produced. Jacob’s Ladder (Instrumental) - This happy song is an ode to optimism and an anthem.
