eight years ago, In Flames briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “Timeless”. Self-described as Metal with lots of words, In Flames comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. ‘Subterranean’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. Subterranean constantly brilliant.
Strong percussion and poignant lyrics of this track really gets under your skin. Other tracks are good but your best bet is to stick with Subterranean. As always, In Flames’s lyrics are worth listening to again and again. |titile| is the kind of record that makes you remember why music can be so addictive.
