Lead single “Don`t You Want Me” and “Love Action (I Believe In Love” start with near-whispers before kicking into giddily catchy, fuzz box-driven hollered hooks. Now signed to Human League’s Virgin Records, the title track from second album “Greatest Hits [Virgin]” leads Human League’s back-to-school campaign. Since completing 1995’s ‘Don`t You Want Me’, Human League fulfilled their contract with Virgin Records and where under no obligation to release another album. Exciting stuff.
I like the idea behind Love Action (I Believe In Love. This track makes my mind whirl and vibrate with flowing energy. Tell Me When is one of the most beautiful songs ever to grace my stereo. Stay With Me Tonight is one of the best records ever. Open Your Heart - Well, here we get a bit more meaning. (Keep Feeling) Fascination - Check out that bassline! The Sound Of The Crowd is probably one of Human League’s biggest successes for the album - it’s lovely to listen to. Other tracks are good but your best bet is to stick with Being Boiled. The Lebanon actually sounds so joyous, that you can practically see a smile on Human League’s face. Love Is All That Matters has to be one of the most beautiful tracks on the entire album. Louise motivates you to get up and do something to improve your life and the life of others. Human League sings his heart out in Life Of Your Own. Together In Electric Dreams is a romantic if not formulaic ditty. This song could easily nestle itself onto the world top playlists. Human League rocks harder than ever with Don`t You Want Me - Snap 7 Re.
