Since completing 1994’s ‘Brain Pattern I’, HeadCrash fulfilled their contract with EMI Records and where under no obligation to release another album. Jim Jones has compared writing for HeadCrash’s new album to that on ‘Direction Of Correctness’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. This fourteen-song debut EP shows the promise that HeadCrash has. It is very deep stuff - very exciting
Scapegoat I just LOVE this mix! It’s very catchy and easy to get into which is what you want in a song. Freedom very upbeat. In this song fans will recognize the unique vocals of HeadCrash. 50 Channels as a highlight of Direction Of Correctness contains a ton of perfect melodies. Brain Pattern II is so unique, as each one of the songs is. Black Gold gives good insight into the truths. It’s so catchy, it’s amazing. Other tracks are good but your best bet is to stick with Know Nothing. Brain Pattern III is a song that takes you on the journey before it reaches the conclusion. Musically Product is superior to other tracks in Direction Of Correctness. Don’t judge Direction Of Correctness on the first listening.
