For older fans Respect will put a massive smile accross your face. Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Hardfloor on ‘Intro Maze’. It has been fourteen years Hardfloor’ last studio CD, “Respect” which won Array Emmy Awards and was nominated for album of the year. This is the best album I have heard in a long time
Fried Laces pretty much defines how I feel spiritually. Asbestos In Obstetrics - isn’t quite as powerful vocally, but has a beautiful melody. A great put together song. |titile| is quite refreshing and sets the tone for what is going on in Respect. Strawberry Maze gives taste of what makes Hardfloor special as a musician. Hardfloor breathes new life into the music in Mahogany Roots. Mustard Cornflakes - This is a very lively song. Hardfloor must have run out of lyrics on the next track The Last Marshmellow Machine.
