IF YOU LIKE ALL George Strait’S SONG GO FOR IT! Self-described as Country with lots of words, George Strait comes out swinging on perhaps his best album to date. George Strait was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from George Strait and Pure Country together. Such great and happy songs.
Baby Your Baby is a nice, innocuous song, and much better than anything George Strait released so far. Album opener I Cross My Heart is a bright, upbeat ditty. When Did You Stop Loving Me is one of these floating songs. This track is possibly the biggest guilty pleasure on Pure Country. George Strait breathes new life into the music in Overnight Male. Last In Love has a fun tempo. Thoughts Of A Fool is pretty funky and mellow. |titile| is the kind of record that makes you remember why music can be so addictive. Where The Sidewalk Ends is beautiful, yet underrated track. This track is almost perfect, instrumentals and vocals combine awesomely.
