This ten-song debut EP shows the promise that Gateway has. Homecoming isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. There were many famous songs of Gateway available. Lots of variety between tracks. My favorite is Calypso Falto
The song Calypso Falto ending is my favorite… so catchy! A fantastic track full of wonder. Although How’s Never is very melodic it is far from sad. In Your Arms which is my favorite is a truly Gateway sounding song. Modern Times is a romantic if not formulaic ditty. Blew our minds when we first heard Oneness. One of the songs that always stick in my mind is Short Cut because the melody in the chorus is so good. Waltz New is an underrated song: I like its lyrics and melody a lot.
