one years ago, Galaxy Sound Orchestra briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “Apocalypse Des Animaux”. After seeing Dune (Desert Theme), I had to have a good Galaxy Sound Orchestra cd. It has been one years Galaxy Sound Orchestra’ last studio CD, “Synthesizer Hits Vol. 4″ which won Array MTV Music Awards and was nominated for album of the year. One of Galaxy Sound Orchestra’s best albums yet.
If you are a Galaxy Sound Orchestra fan, you will love Apocalypse Des Animaux. This song may be the most meaningful. Madam Curie - isn’t quite as powerful vocally, but has a beautiful melody. Overall a nice softer song. In 4Th Rendez-Vous the light shines equally on lyrics, vocals and instrumentation. Camilla (4:38) - awsome. I’ve found myself listening to Mountain Dust back to back and back many times. Listening to Eric’s Theme you can hear that Galaxy Sound Orchestra has still amazing chemistry with band members. I Hear You Now (4:52) Not one of my favorites, but for a lot of people this is one of their best songs. China is the more seemingly obscure song on Synthesizer Hits Vol. 4 that bear up best to repeated listening. I have all of Galaxy Sound Orchestra’s tracks and The Tao Of Love is probably the most his introspective effort. This song could easily nestle itself onto the world top playlists. First Approach is maybe the best thing the group’s ever done. Dervish D - This one has a powerful beat and a good melody. |titile| is the kind of record that makes you remember why music can be so addictive.
