Since completing 1993’s ‘Track 16′, Folk - Various Artists fulfilled their contract with Sparrow Records and where under no obligation to release another album. It’s natural for Folk - Various Artists to take a stab at ‘Track 16′ considering her long-professed love for Azymuth. Folk - Various Artists was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Folk - Various Artists and Festivalbar 1993 (cd2) together. This is one of the best cd’s i have heard through the whole thing.
Track 15 - A classic Folk - Various Artists track. A fantastic track full of wonder. Track 13 gives good insight into the truths. Track 12 is an underrated song: I like its lyrics and melody a lot. Music of Track 11 is gentle, never overbearing. Track 10 without a doubt is the standout song of Festivalbar 1993 (cd2). Track 9 is one of those songs that will put you in a good mood. Track 8 is maybe the best thing the group’s ever done. Track 6 is flawed, nonetheless pretty good song. Track 7 is the first taste of the new album. So much energy, so exciting a sound.Track 4 - This one is what it is: a powerful, primal invitation to love. This track is full of harmonies and gets Festivalbar 1993 (cd2) off to a relaxing start. In this song fans will recognize the unique vocals of Folk - Various Artists. Track 1 is probably the highlight of the album.
