There is so much to love about Fila Brazillia, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Fila Brazillia energies, virtually a rebirth. ‘Maim That Tune’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. Cool, but I like their other actual stuff better like Maim That Tune.
I like the agression and power of A Zed and Two L’s. Leggy - A nice song. Fila Brazillia is one of artists that allow his songs like At Home in Space to stand on their own and be heard. After you’ve listened to 6ft Wasp, most everything else can’t hold up and is second rate. Slacker - I used to hate this song, but now it’s one of my favorites. So much energy, so exciting a sound.Extract of Pineal Gland is astounding. Subtle Body is the albums biggest surprise.
