On Full House album, Fairport Convention have renewed their membership in the ‘if it ain’t broke…’ school of songwriting. Full House carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. After seeing Walk Awile, I had to have a good Fairport Convention cd. To me Fairport Convention is the best band ever.
Dirty Linen gives good insight into the truths. Sloth - A nice song. In Sir Patrick Spens Fairport Convention is at his best. Flatback Caper is nothing short of a modern masterpiece. This song stands out greatly from the others. It’s such an underrated song.
