When you buy a Every Mother’s Nightmare album, you know exactly what you’re getting! Every Mother’s Nightmare was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Every Mother’s Nightmare and Wake Up Screaming together. After seeing House Of Pain, I had to have a good Every Mother’s Nightmare cd. Smart music for smart people.
Closet Down The Hall is the funkiest number on the album. This is probably my favorite song on the album. This is one of those tracks that should not be judged after the first hearing. Tobacco Road is just a great song and one well worth taking the time to give it a good listen. Slip and Fall - arguably the best track on Wake Up Screaming album. Good Die Young - To me, this is the best song on the Wake Up Screaming. Opening track Break Down shows the best of Every Mother’s Nightmare. After about the third If I Had My Way listen through, I began to believe this song is Every Mother’s Nightmare’s essence. I’ve found myself listening to Bang To The Bone back to back and back many times. I Needed You to me is the best you can get from Every Mother’s Nightmare. Cryin’ Shame (4:33) - Oh, this is one of my favorites!
