The sound in Seven Doors Hotel is really warm and Europe’s signature voice is still very much present. |titile| is quite refreshing and sets the tone for what is going on in 1982-1992. After you’ve listened to Scream Of Anger, most everything else can’t hold up and is second rate. Dreamer great lyrics, dark, deep, angry and cool.One of the more genuine-sounding songs is The Final Countdown. Europe is hitting on all cylinders in Sweet Love Child. Rock The Night is a astounding, simple song by Europe at the top of his game. The sound of Carrie is difficult to describe, as it seems to squirm in a sensual manner, unlike anything ever created. Cherokee is one of the best records ever. The song feels complete. This song stands out greatly from the others. Prisoners In Paradise (5:39) Not one of my favorites, but for a lot of people this is one of their best songs.
