IF YOU LIKE ALL Ernesto Cavour’S SONG GO FOR IT! two years ago, Ernesto Cavour briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “El Chaflan”. La Paltida carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. This album is awesome.
This track is a killer, it just grabs you instantly. Lyrics of Qamaque Achachi are precise and evocative. El Saltarin - This one is lively and fun. I think Paja Brava is the best song Ernesto Cavour has ever done. Niras del Folklore - Ernesto Cavour first major hit. Paisajes de Chijini as a highlight of La Paltida contains a ton of gorgeous melodies. Tuila Tuila is the song that really did it for me. Los Araracos has a fun tempo. I like Pobre Mi Patria Bolivia because it’s extremely catchy and has awesome drumming. Strong percussion and poignant lyrics of this track really gets under your skin. Diablito Lucifer is a fine track on any terms. Nostalgia Camba gives taste of what makes Ernesto Cavour special as a musician. Listening to Inocencio Coca you can hear that Ernesto Cavour has still amazing chemistry with band members. This track is clearly meant to showcase Ernesto Cavour’s vocal abilities. The opening track Huayra Taqui is very much like you would expect from other albums. De Las Montanas A La Selva is a nice, innocuous song, and much better than anything Ernesto Cavour released so far. Picaflor Enjaulado is a astounding sing-along.
