Electric Skychurch’s debut, ‘Knowoneness’, does not fit easily into one genre. Now signed to Electric Skychurch’s EMI Records, the title track from second album “Knowoneness” leads Electric Skychurch’s back-to-school campaign. Lead single “Abyss” and “Creation” start with near-whispers before kicking into giddily catchy, fuzz box-driven hollered hooks. I wish that “Knowoneness” album was instrumental.
Creation is a catchy, up-tempo track that has influence of music streams without leaning too much in that direction. It’s also one of those rare songs that touchingly comfort the listener. Hipgnosis good vocals. This is probably my favorite song on the album. Radiate have really caught my ear and imagination. This track is just a stunning masterpiece. This track is nearly perfect if not perfect. One listen to the sheer beauty of Knowoneness was all I needed.
