Jim Jones has compared writing for Dreadzone’s new album to that on ‘Second Light’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. When you buy a Dreadzone album, you know exactly what you’re getting! ‘Second Light’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. I love this album so much, i’ve been crazy about Dreadzone ever.
Little Britain - A nice song. A Canterbury Tale as well as many of songs is a short story in miniature. As always, Dreadzone’s lyrics are worth listening to again and again. Cave Of Angels - My least favorite song on this album. Some of the arrangements found on Second Light are surprisingly edgy. This track is full of harmonies and gets Second Light off to a relaxing start. Shining Path is a song you cannot help but think about at odd moments in your day. In Out Of Heaven Dreadzone is at his best.
