Quest has a gorgeous instrumental sound, which lets Dinosaur Jr.’s strong vocals come to the fore. Voice of Dinosaur Jr. in The Lung is honest and guitar work is subtle and poignant. After about the third Just Like Heaven listen through, I began to believe this song is Dinosaur Jr.’s essence. Song Start Choppin is actually a funny song. One of the songs that always stick in my mind is Get Me because the melody in the chorus is so good. Drawerings is one of the most beautiful songs ever to grace my stereo. Out There is a catchy, up-tempo track that has influence of music streams without leaning too much in that direction. Keep the Glove - is a breath or fresh air compared to many previous songs of Dinosaur Jr.. Dinosaur Jr. allows each song to breathe and flourish. Thumb is a good listen every once in a while. This is one of those songs that musicians strive to write and create.
