There is so much to love about Deutsch Nepal, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. Ivan Grach has compared writing for Deutsch Nepal’s new album to that on ‘Only Silence Among The Filthy’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. Since Deutsch Nepal last CD (Only Silence Among The Filthy) on Savoy Records back in 1994, I have felt a massive void in my life. Cool, but I like their other actual stuff better like Only Silence Among The Filthy.
Only Silence Among The Filthy is a song that takes you on the journey before it reaches the conclusion. The Silence Long Lost Lust is flawed, nonetheless pretty good song. Song 9 O’Clock Mass is actually a funny song. One of the songs that always stick in my mind is Tribe Assembly because the melody in the chorus is so good. In Search Of Your Soul makes a person feel cool. Message 777 is just simply stunning. When listening to Brainpiercing, it gives me such an energy rush it’s unbelievable. Bowie Electric is new, fresh, and hypnotizing.
