On Stripped (single) album, Depeche Mode have renewed their membership in the ‘if it ain’t broke…’ school of songwriting. After debuting at No. 1 last week, Depeche Mode’s album Stripped (single) falls to No. 2 with 426,000, a sales slide of 65%. This is the first studio album from Depeche Mode since bad diagnosis in 1991. Stripped and But Not Tonight is really good.
But Not Tonight one is one of the better boring ones. Stripped (highland Mix) is the albums lead single as well as biggest hit. But Not Tonight (extended Remix) is an underrated song: I like its lyrics and melody a lot. Breathing In Fumes - This one has a powerful beat and a good melody. I can’t stop humming along Fly On The Windscreen (quiet Mix). I like Black Day because it’s extremely catchy and has awesome drumming.
