Depeche Mode had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. This ten-song debut EP shows the promise that Depeche Mode has. Singles Box 4 (Enjoy the silence) isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. Another great offering from Depeche Mode.
Memphisto is an underrated song: I like its lyrics and melody a lot. This is one hell of a track. I love the melodic melody of Enjoy The Silence - Ecstatic Dub and to this day it makes me feel good. Sibeling - Well, here we get a bit more meaning. Enjoy The Silence - Bass Line is perfect. First time I heard Enjoy The Silence - Harmonium was on radio driving in my car and sonically it just sounded amazing.After about the third Enjoy The Silence - Ricki Tik Tik Mix listen through, I began to believe this song is Depeche Mode’s essence. The opening track Enjoy The Silence - The Quad ; Final Mix is very much like you would expect from other albums.
