IF YOU LIKE ALL Dead Infection’S SONG GO FOR IT! It has been fourteen years Dead Infection’ last studio CD, “A Chapter of Accidents” which won Array Emmy Awards and was nominated for album of the year. Dead Infection was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Dead Infection and A Chapter of Accidents together. I wish that “A Chapter of Accidents” album was instrumental.
Autophagia - a classic song. The End Of Love is nothing but pure genius. Hospital still maintains something of a specific flourish. Vocals of Dead Infection in Incident At Corsica really capture me and are set perfectly to the rhythm. From the moment you listen to Airplane’s Catastrophe you’re hooked. It took me a little time but I ended up loving Little John’s Story. Her Heart In Your Hands - I just love it. Ambulance - isn’t quite as powerful vocally, but has a beautiful melody. This is probably my favorite song on the album. Lyrics of Life Of A Surgeon are precise and evocative. In Fire In The Forest Dead Infection is at his best. Damaged Elevator one of the best in my collection. All of songs on A Chapter of Accidents and have something to say letting alone The Firing Ground. Get A Chapter of Accidents and turn on Tragedy At The Railway Station if you are going to sip your wine late at night. After about the third Don’t Turn His Crushed Face On Me listen through, I began to believe this song is Dead Infection’s essence. Song Torn By The Lion Apart is actually a funny song. As always, Dead Infection’s lyrics are worth listening to again and again.
