Pissed isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. Since completing 1994’s ‘Pissed’, Dangerous Toys fulfilled their contract with Columbia Records and where under no obligation to release another album. ‘Pissed’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. Dangerous Toys “Pissed” is an amazing album.
Paintrain is gorgeous work of Dangerous Toys. Nice and different song. Dangerous Toys allows each song to breathe and flourish. Strange is just a great song and one well worth taking the time to give it a good listen. Loser - This one makes me want to not only sing along. Hard Luck Champion is perhaps one of the best tracks of the past decade. Screamin’ For More is so unique, as each one of the songs is. Simply the finest work ever from this multi-talented singer. Illustrated Man is almost impossible to review.
