Blanco y Negro Mix 2 (cd1) isn’t so much a record, as a great effort at dragging you into another world. There is no doubt that Dance - Various Artists has talent. John Digester has compared writing for Dance - Various Artists’s new album to that on ‘Blanco y Negro Mix 2 (cd1)’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. This is my first Dance - Various Artists Album and i must say i am blown away.
Still going through Blanco y Negro Mix 2 (cd1) and coming to appreciate JOHN SCATMAN - Scatman more and more with every listen. This track is a great song that still never gets old. 2 UNLIMITED - Here I go have really caught my ear and imagination. CHERRY COKE - No aguas el Indio, haz el Cherokee - My least favorite song on this album. As always, Dance - Various Artists’s lyrics are worth listening to again and again. NAVAHO - Yeha-Noah is simply gorgeous. It’s such an underrated song. The sound in GURU - Infinity’ 95 is really warm and Dance - Various Artists’s signature voice is still very much present. SCOOTER - Move your ass (Remix) sets the tone for the entire album.
