I am not a real Retro music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Songs From The Drain’ really is amazing. There were many famous songs of Controlled Bleeding available. Stanley Donwood has compared writing for Controlled Bleeding’s new album to that on ‘Songs From The Drain’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. I Love Songs From The Drain from start to finish!
Controlled Bleeding must have run out of lyrics on the next track Glass On Wire (for Three Guitars). Vocal harmonies in this track are great and song structure is just right. Ash and Stone (4:42) Not one of my favorites, but for a lot of people this is one of their best songs. Within the first few notes of …On Eating Garbage it’s perfectly clear that Controlled Bleeding is living this song. Track06 is a great song to contemplate the modern music and what it really is all about. I like the idea behind Near The Fire (instrumental Version). Controlled Bleeding emotions are reflected through Red Stigmata. Under Heaven is the albums lead single as well as biggest hit. I now have The Groan (home Studio Mix) as one of my personal favorites. In Subcrisis is a catchy, up-tempo track that has influence of music streams without leaning too much in that direction. This track is a killer, it just grabs you instantly. (live Bonus Track) is such a amazing and optimistic song that things can get just better. (live Bonus Track) is a excellent, simple song by Controlled Bleeding at the top of his game. This track is almost perfect, instrumentals and vocals combine awesomely.
