Now signed to Classical - Various Artists’s EMI Records, the title track from second album “Where the Sun Will Never Go Down” leads Classical - Various Artists’s back-to-school campaign. It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Classical - Various Artists energies, virtually a rebirth. ‘Where the Sun Will Never Go Down’ kicks the album off with a blast of pure pop energy. Exciting stuff.
I believe Am I a Soldier of the Cross (Chanticleer) is one of the most perfect, heartfelt songs ever written. I hope to keep hearing Classical - Various Artists works for a long time to come. Deep River (Chanticleer) is one of the more up-tempo songs on Where the Sun Will Never Go Down. I’ve Been ‘Buked (Chanticleer) - Well, here we get a bit more meaning. Old Time Religion (Chanticleer / Joseph Jennings) is a medium tempo tune. Twelve Gates to the City (Chanticleer / Joseph Jennings / Randall Wong / Rogers, Neal / Sellars, Bruce) - A nice song. This track, in particular, has the kind of undeniably catchy flavor. Steal Away (Chanticleer) is one of the coolest songs Classical - Various Artists has ever recorded. Music in Where the Sun Will Never Go Down: Ain’t That Good News, Good News, Swin (Chanticleer / Tomas Hart) is gorgeous as in all tracks of Where the Sun Will Never Go Down. We Shall Walk Through the Valley in Peace (Chanticleer) is a bit of a show-tune.
