Cirque Du Soleil was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Cirque Du Soleil and Alegria together. Alegria carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. There is so much to love about Cirque Du Soleil, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. This is the best album I have heard in a long time
The opening track Vai Vedrai is very much like you would expect from other albums. Outside of the singles, my favorite song on Alegria is Kalandero. Querer is outstanding work of Cirque Du Soleil. Irna is a great song for a cosy night in when it’s cold and wintry outside. Taruka has a fun tempo. You can find feelings on this piece of art. I like the agression and power of Mirko. Although I prefer the faster paced music, I think Icare is my favorite song on Alegria. This song could easily nestle itself onto the world top playlists. Valspena - For me, this is the best of the album. Vocals of Cirque Du Soleil in Nocturne really capture me and are set perfectly to the rhythm.
