This disc has all of the essential Charlatans UK classics. This album has some very good songs like Nine Acre Court and Feeling Holy. Since Charlatans UK last CD (The Charlatans [UK]) on Capitol Records back in 1995, I have felt a massive void in my life. Another great offering from Charlatans UK.
Feeling Holy is possibly the best song Charlatans UK has come up. Just Lookin’ is just a great song and one well worth taking the time to give it a good listen. Crashin’ In one is one of the better boring ones. Bullet Comes is the albums biggest surprise. Charlatans UK has astounded me with this amazing track. You have to get essence of the Just When You’re Thinking Things Over’s power, to truly understand this masterpiece. The song feels complete. Toothache is a pleasing, and full of overall coherence that goes beyond other creations. No Fiction is absolutely incredible. See It Through is a great opener for The Charlatans [UK]. I love the melodic melody of Thank You and to this day it makes me feel good.
