After seeing Love Can Move Mountains, I had to have a good Celine Dion cd. There is so much to love about Celine Dion, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. Lead single “Love Can Move Mountains” and “Show Some Emotion” start with near-whispers before kicking into giddily catchy, fuzz box-driven hollered hooks. To me Celine Dion is the best band ever.
Celine Dion couldn’t start better than with the up up-beat title track Show Some Emotion. The song feels complete. This track is just a stunning masterpiece. Halfway To Heaven - Celine Dion first major hit. Did You Give Enough Love is a medium tempo tune. The opening track If I Were You is very much like you would expect from other albums. Voice of Celine Dion in Beauty and The Beast is honest and guitar work is subtle and poignant. I Love You, Goodbye - This one has a powerful beat and a good melody. Little Bit Of Love great lyrics, dark, deep, angry and cool.Water From The Moon is worth the money. With This Tear is such a amazing and optimistic song that things can get just better. Nothing Broken But My Heart - isn’t quite as powerful vocally, but has a beautiful melody.
