Camerata Mediolanense was a flawless and timeless record. Not surprising from Camerata Mediolanense and Musica Reservata together. While no new Camerata Mediolanense album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 1994 tour in Australia. This album has some very good songs like Il Lupo and Notturno. If I may, I suggest “Il Lupo”. That one song is amazing!
I can’t stop playing Notturno. Rosmunda is the more seemingly obscure song on Musica Reservata that bear up best to repeated listening. Steganografia is a amazing sing-along. La Madre Cattiva is absolutely incredible. One listen to the sheer beauty of Esecuzione was all I needed. Bardo, Messaggero is probably one of Camerata Mediolanense’s biggest successes for the album - it’s lovely to listen to. Il Ricordo Dei Giochi Delle Spose Del Vento can be hardly overrated by any means; this is what Camerata Mediolanense is all about. L’eco - This one has a powerful beat and a good melody. Camerata Mediolanense sings La Grande Corsa in such a comforting, confident voice that you can’t help but be moved. I now have La Fine Di Rosmunda as one of my personal favorites. Toccata In Sol Min. - For me, this is the best of the album.
