It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Cameo energies, virtually a rebirth. Cameo had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. When you buy a Cameo album, you know exactly what you’re getting! This is what good funk should be.
Money gives taste of what makes Cameo special as a musician. There is exquisite mix of music in Raw But Tasty. It took me a little time but I ended up loving Front Street. Charming song, great melody. Another Love is a very good song maybe surprisingly better than you at first might’ve imagined. Best song on the album, love it. Song Love Yourself is actually a funny song. I find myself hearing bits of Nothing Less Than Love here and there throughout my waking hours. This is one hell of a track.
