It’s a brave and brilliant refocusing of Cafe Del Mar energies, virtually a rebirth. Cafe Del Mar had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. It has been five years Cafe Del Mar’ last studio CD, “Ibiza-Volumen 01″ which won Array Academy Awards� and was nominated for album of the year. Ibiza-Volumen 01 is the best essence of Cafe Del Mar.
Cafe Del Mar breathes new life into the music in The Story Of Light. Cafe Del Mar allows each song to breathe and flourish. I hope to keep hearing Cafe Del Mar works for a long time to come. I listened to the opening track Sundance and liked it a lot. The song Fanfare Of Life ending is my favorite… so catchy! The Hypnotist rocked my world when I popped it into my car stereo. I love the melodic melody of Second Hand and to this day it makes me feel good. Crazy Ivan is an upbeat song with a constant snare hit. Estelle is simply gorgeous. This is the kind of song I think of when I think of Cafe Del Mar. Tabula Rasa - Sunset At The Cafe Del Mar is a gorgeous, simple song by Cafe Del Mar at the top of his game.
