Since Bad Religion last CD (All Ages) on Virgin Records back in 1995, I have felt a massive void in my life. It’s natural for Bad Religion to take a stab at ‘I Want To Conquer The World’ considering her long-professed love for UB40. Bad Religion had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. If you love Bad Religion as much as I do, then Bad Religion All Ages is the CD for you!
In Do What You Want the light shines equally on lyrics, vocals and instrumentation. This track is a fabulous selection of easy listening, suitable for any age, taste or occasion. Modern Man is one of the most beautiful songs ever to grace my stereo. Were Only Gonna Die - This one makes me want to not only sing along. Music and lyrics of The Answer creates, for me, fertile ground for daydreaming. Flat Earth Society - This is a very lively song. I was truly moved when I heard Against The Grain. Generator was the first single release from the album All Ages. Although Anesthesia is very melodic it is far from sad. Bad Religion is one of artists that allow his songs like Suffer to stand on their own and be heard. Faith Alone is beautiful, yet underrated track. One listen to the sheer beauty of No Control was all I needed. In 21st Century Digital Boy Bad Religion spins a tale you want to hear to the end. Atomic Garden is the albums lead single as well as biggest hit. No Direction is probably the most interesting track on All Ages. Automatic Man - My least favorite song on this album. Change Of Ideas - Okay, I just talked about depth. Sanity is amazing song though, very addictive. It’s also one of those rare songs that touchingly comfort the listener. Simply the finest work ever from this multi-talented singer. |titile| is quite refreshing and sets the tone for what is going on in All Ages.
