Armageddon Dildos had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. Armageddon Dildos’s debut, ‘Lost’, does not fit easily into one genre. Since completing 1995’s ‘I Can’t Remember’, Armageddon Dildos fulfilled their contract with Blue Note Records and where under no obligation to release another album. Armageddon Dildos “Lost” is an amazing album.
Armageddon Dildos sings Unite in such a comforting, confident voice that you can’t help but be moved. Too Far to Suicide - isn’t quite as powerful vocally, but has a beautiful melody. Stupid Little Squeezer is one of those songs that will put you in a good mood. I listened to the opening track Haut and liked it a lot. In Stay Home the music gets its power. Germany is such a amazing and optimistic song that things can get just better. Uncle D. is a fine track on any terms. I find myself hearing bits of Bounds of Love here and there throughout my waking hours. This track is full of harmonies and gets Lost off to a relaxing start. Captured - I like this one.
