Now signed to Aphex Twin’s Capitol Records, the title track from second album “I Care Because You Do” leads Aphex Twin’s back-to-school campaign. I Care Because You Do is the best essence of Aphex Twin.
The Waxen Pith is almost impossible to review. Wax The Nip is probably the highlight of the album. Aphex Twin allows each song to breathe and flourish. Ventolin (Video Version) is simple, dignified and effective, Aphex Twin refusing to over-emote, and demonstrating that less is more. Come On You Slags! is a song to savor, to listen to from every angle. In Start As You Mean To Go On full palet of sound is used by Aphex Twin to accentuate the presentation. Don’t judge Wet Tip Hen Ax # Mookid on the first listening. Alberto Balsalm # Cow Cud Is A Twin (10:42) - Oh, this is one of my favorites!
