Antonio Carlos Jobim had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. Now signed to Antonio Carlos Jobim’s Sparrow Records, the title track from second album “Tide” leads Antonio Carlos Jobim’s back-to-school campaign. This disc has all of the essential Antonio Carlos Jobim classics. Antonio Carlos Jobim is one of my favourite bands of all time.
Carinhoso [#] - A classic Antonio Carlos Jobim track. Tema Jazz (4:34) Not one of my favorites, but for a lot of people this is one of their best songs. Sue Ann is a pleasing, and full of overall coherence that goes beyond other creations. Opening track Remember shows the best of Antonio Carlos Jobim. Music in Tide is excellent as in all tracks of Tide. Takatanga has to be one of the most beautiful tracks on the entire album. Excellent vocals and musical performances. Don’t judge Rockanalia on the first listening.
