Andy De Jarlis which is my favorite is a truly Altan sounding song. Ceol A’Phiobaire marked the continuation of Altan in style evolution. Altan sings The Wedding Jig in such a comforting, confident voice that you can’t help but be moved. Donal Agus Morag - A classic Altan track. Don’t judge Tommy Bhetty’s Waltz on the first listening. Altan sings his heart out in Fermanagh Highland. Song An Feochan is actually a funny song. As always, Altan’s lyrics are worth listening to again and again. No Altan song has come close to capturing my attention as The Cat That Ate The Candle did. In Brid Og Ni Mhaille Altan is at his best. Harvest Storm - Okay, I just talked about depth. Citi Na Gcumann is an upbeat song with a constant snare hit. This song is very powerful, its catchy melody will have you singing along in no time. Dobbin’s Flowery Vale hits the heart.
